Job description :
Responsibilities :
- Team Training & Applicator Training.
- Monitor and ensure product sample application are met, issues escalated and prioritized.
- Work with contractor / 3rd party vendors to resolve issues related to the Application System
- Lead the team to execute the application training.
- Work with sales team to integrate new or enhanced product features for the Application System
- Conduct field trials; make records and reports of product performance in co-ordination with R&D and field teams.
- Collate and summarize user feedback through BTL activities.
- Annual and quarterly BTL execution with sales team.
- Competitor product benchmarking.
- Provides guidance and consultation on applications and related services to Contractor/ applicator.
- Accountable as the point of contact for the service delivery of the Application System.
- Manage and communicate with key stakeholders on regular basis on the operational support for the Application System
- Coordinate with Sales team & support for BTL activities.
