Pickrr - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Business Development Manager (BDM) is expected to onboard new merchants in the geography allocated to the incumbent

- A deep understanding of the pricing to maintain a healthy margin on the sales closures

- Responsible for the ownership of the collectibles & receivables for the handholding period of new onboarded accounts

- Build a strong relationship & process for the new onboardings for a long & healthy business collaboration

 - Understanding of Indian retail/wholesale/industrial ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts

- Account Management : Onboarding Clients on the platform is the first stage of a long-term relationship between Pickrr and the account

- Map Competition : To be able to take timely action, it is imperative that we monitor the market and be informed of competition's activity in key accounts

- The BDM must keep a close watch on competition & share best practices internally

Requirements :

- Post Graduation from Tie II college is required

- Proven working experience of 3-5 years in sales/business development

- Strong principles around Customer obsession & Ownership

- Must be efficient with MS Excel & Powerpoint

- Must have a strong vendor management experience

- Excellence communication and influencing skills

- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers

- Strong bias for action, problem solving and ownership

- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player
