Pickrr - Inbound Lead Generation Role (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads generated.
- Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Be able to understand prospective client need and give an overview of how we can help them reducing shipping hassles.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using our CRM system.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Qualifying Leads and passing them to our Major Accounts Team for opportunity creation.
- Work with the wider Sales team to contribute to Company growth as needed
- Previous experience in call centre or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
