Pickrr - Courier Account Manager - Logistics Partner Management (4-8 yrs)
We at Pickrr are planning to ramp up our team and take big swings in 2021. We're hiring individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets who can drive Logistics/Supply Chain vertical through 3PL/Courier partners. Expect high ownership, learning, and amazing work culture.
You will be responsible for managing complete logistics operations through Courier/3PL Partners, building strategic relationships with new/existing 3PL/Courier partners, and developing supply chain capabilities to ensure the best customer experience, driving business goals & cost optimization.
Key KPIs:
- Managing overall Forward, Returns & Reverse Logistic Operations with Courier partners.
- Measure and improve on all operational KPIs across First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile & Returns
- Define Standard Operating Process with Courier Partners across all legs & drive adherence of the same
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized/Tier-1 institution
- Preferably 4+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics
- Experience in Vendor/3PL/Courier partner management in e-commerce is MUST
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Should be working with B2C eCommerce Logistics Organizations or eCommerce Marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Nykaa, Snapdeal, Limeroad, Zivame, Clovia, etc directly managing Last mile Carriers
