Description :
- Improve the customer experience post on-boarding/engagement.
- Clearly explain Pickrr's platform to newly on-boarded clients
- Improve the retention of customers acquired/engaged through different traction channels.
- Handhold the client for any issues post on-boarding
- Maintain relationship with the client through analytical reporting/ suggestions, sharing logistics best practices, new product features etc.
- Up-sell to increase share of wallet of the customer by establishing regular communication
- Coordinate with operations teams to provide the best in class support to existing clients
Requirements :
- Must have extensively managed multiple clients in a B2B tech company
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Experience of increasing retention rate in past roles
- Must have the ambition to grow to a sales manager role in the future
