Pichkaari Design Studio - Director - Sales & Marketing (5-7 yrs)

What will you do :

- Responsible for leading the revenue growth for Pichkaari

- You will directly work with the CEO in setting up quarterly and yearly revenue target

- Responsible for identifying the prospective clients and lead generation

- Drive all marketing activities, in collaboration with the communication and design teams

- Collaborate with professional bodies and partner organizations to create a database for new clients.

- Work with PR and Social Media Manager to develop social media content for B2B audience.

- Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategy - coordinating with content, creative, sales teams.

- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- Worked in B2B sales and marketing roles for a minimum of 5 years

- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis

- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth

- Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills

- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.

- Email, database, content marketing, and digital marketing experience

- Proven existing network

- MBA preferred, but not mandatory
