Responsibilities and Duties :
Looking for an enthusiastic tele-calling Representative to contribute to generating clients for our company.
1. Responsible for Digital Marketing / E-marketing.
2. Throughout the day, you will handle all incoming and outgoing calls. It is essential to remain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behavior.
3. Responsible for converting clients over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
4. Also, do the promotion of our products on Social Media handles of the company.
5. Make sales calls every day.
6. Look after the smooth functioning of the office.
7. Good experience as telecalling representative.
8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Excellent knowledge of English and Communication Skills
