Responsibilities :


- Responsible for effective and comprehensive Digital, Social Media operations. Ensure constant communication with the target audience through effective use of various Digital & Social Media to enhance the brand recall and enhance consumption.

- Overall responsibility for planning the Digital & Social Media promotion to enhance the image of the Mall

- Execute the marketing strategy for mall's digital platforms in consultation with Head-Marketing who is developing the marketing strategy

- Managing all web content including our website, blogs, social media handles

- Media buying strategy and execution with key brands such as Google, Facebook, YouTube etc to create broader reach and align the brand's visibility on bigger platforms

- Conceptualize online events and reach our TG to ensure success of such online events.

- Develop a strong database of customers through various initiatives along with the team targeting the HNIs and integrating and managing all communication through the digital medium simultaneously.

- Provide inputs to the events report generated at the end of every event (report on the Digital/Social Media related aspects - covering all activities done to ensure good coverage for the event)

- Prepare weekly MIS on the events planned; Digital/Social Media evaluation.

- Develop and maintain the company's website; manage all communication; review the website constantly and keep the content relevant all the time

- Media buying strategy and execution with key brands such as Google, Facebook, YouTube etc to create broader reach and align the brand's visibility on bigger platforms

- Building brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across all channels of consumer engagement on the digital medium

- Conceptualize online events and reach our TG to ensure success of such online events.

- Conduct analytical studies through the digital medium to find and understand various changing consumer buying trends, changing taste, consumer expectations and submit the research reports to all stakeholders within the organization for making necessary changes to meet consumer expectations

- Manage Marketing Budget across various digital medium
