Senior Executive - Sales & Business Development for a Healthcare Startup
The position would be responsible for overall business growth within Pune & rest of Maharashtra. The person should be well versed with the Hospitals & Doctor Network within the Region. The position demands complete ownership of Marketing & Sales efforts across the Region in Effective coordination across the functions This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder/CEO and senior management team on a regular basis strategize and execute key initiatives of the Company.
The individual should have worked in the medical or Healthcare field with sound knowledge of Healthcare devices & equipment, Medicines & Pharmacy. The individual needs to establish long-term relationships with Intensivist, Cardiologist, Neuro physicians, Physicians within OPD of reputed Hospitals.
Qualifications
- Healthcare or Pharmacy Graduates with good experience in Pharma / Healthcare segment.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Experience of managing operations for Pune & Mumbai Region is a Plus
- Willing to Travel within the city (min. 4-5 Hours a day)
Skills & Competencies:
- Passion for working in a chaotic startup environment for building a great Home healthcare experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal). Sound spoke English ability.
- Good networking & influencing skills in the Medical fraternity
- Energetic, Self-Starter, Creative with risk taking ability for enhancing Sales efforts
- Sound business and commercial awareness
- Strong understanding of the Indian Healthcare industry and its growing demands/needs with focus on the next wave of Healthcare invention/disruptions
