Pharmeasy - Executive - Presales/Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :
1. Work on leads to qualify them and pass them on to the sales team.
2. Ensure timely updates on all the leads assigned.
3. Ensure daily call metrics are met.
4. The incumbent would work in both day and night shift. Wherein Night shift would be work from home and Dayshift would be work from office .
5. Role includes both voice and non voice process
Location: Ghatkopar West
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- Open to work in both day and night shift
- Previous experience in presales or customer experience is preferred.
