- To appoint the network of Collection Centres at the Desired location as per the plan in the Area allocated in co-ordination with the team
- To Appoint the Franchisee Lab of PharmEasy Labs after meeting and encouraging the prospect.
- To appoint the Doctor/ Pathology labs as the Direct client for full filling their need to outsource the tests.
- To regularly meet the clinicians and update them about the Test and Technology available with PharmEasy Labs.
- To conduct various promotional activities with the Collection Centre / Labs to enhance and generate the business.
- To Maintain the GMV Targets/ EBITDA (Profitability) targets of the area allocated
- To ensure the O/s clearance of PharmEasy Labs with all kinds of clients of the territory of Operations
- To Analyze and Submit the necessary information related to Daily Working / MIS etc. of the team.
- To meet the clients of PharmEasy Labs / TOP KOL Doctors as per the frequency decided from Corporate Office.
- To Manage and retain the team allocated for all above job activities.
- To achieve the desired target of sales / Collection and channel appointment of the team working under him.
