Pharma Spares is actively looking for a Telesales Executive for the Vasai office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone to gain experience in a manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities :

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service through phone calls & Emails.

- Escalation matters-Complaints & Resolutions Internal & External.

- Handling teams matter & Single Point of contact for Area managers/Internal.

- Monitoring Sales Reports & taking feedback from AM/Customers.

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner with proper documentation work (PO, Quotes, Invoice).

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales target.

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirement :

Job Location : Vasai (Local candidates preferred)

Education : B.A/BMS/B.COM/HSC (English Stream).

Experience : 2 to 4 years.

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

- Excellent knowledge of English & Computers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
