PetPedia.in is in the business of providing complete care products for Dogs, Cats, Fish, Reptiles, Bird & Small Animals. We focus on building awareness in pet parents by providing them the right education & tools needed for holistic care of our pets. Our mission is to make Pet Care real & accessible for Indian Pet Parents.

We have been in the industry for 4+ years now, serving pets & their parents with a lean team of entrepreneurial, highly motivated & creative go-getters.

This opening is for a very important part of our marketing team. We are looking for a dynamic marketeer with a passion for all things digital & performance. Our ideal candidate identifies themselves as a creative first, marketeer next, is flexible & skilled enough to carry out simple to complicated campaigns, while acting as a liaison between the CMO and the rest of the team.

- Manage a team of individually contributing digital marketers, designers and content writers.

- Planning and executing web SEO/SEM, database marketing, emails, social media, and advertising campaigns.

- Create interactive content for all active channels & communities to help establish thought leadership and bring targeted traffic to our ecommerce channel

- Designing, building, and maintaining company social media presence. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Execute monthly blog strategy in synergy with the SEO team and the Content Writers

- Oversee & report monthly advancements & steps of optimisation on our weekly/monthly on page, off page & technical SEO growth.

- Execute, measure and report performance of weekly & monthly email marketing, & social media marketing campaigns and assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Engage & be the ultimate touchpoint for all incoming leads through social media channels.

- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

- Run high ROI paid SMM campaigns & measure and report performance of the same.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Constantly come up with ways to optimise website conversion rates and enhance the user experience on the website.

- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing user experience.

- Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

- Identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizing user funnels.

Skill sets Required :

- 1-2 years of Proven working experience in digital (performance) marketing

- Experience executing paid social media campaigns

- Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business

- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time

- Incredible attention to detail

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Preferable:

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, front end tools development and constraints

- Knowledge of video and picture editing softwares

- Past experience in e-commerce performance marketing of atleast 1 year

- Compassion for pets & animals.

This is a fully remote position with competitive pay, performance based bonuses and flexible working hours. You- ll be working directly with the CMO & founder to scale the existing marketing activities of the brand.
