Petoo - Associate Marketing Manager (1-3 yrs)
1-2 years experience in marketing, growth hack, retail growth kind of role is required. In this role you will be assigned a cluster of Petoo restaurants (can be spread over multiple cities too) and you will be accountable for executing all marketing campaigns in these stores and driving revenues.
Key areas of responsibilities :
1. Execute marketing campaigns to drive business and store growth for all stores in given territory
2. Measure impact of campaigns, learn, modify and iterate
3. Coordinate with Franchisees and help them plan and execute store level marketing activities
4. Track revenues, ratings and other store level metrics to take corrective measures in real time
5. On boarding and managing vendors required for printing, marketing and other related needs
Desired skill sets :
1. Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
2. Excellent communication skills, perseverance and self driven
3.Should be number and metric driven
4. Budget management skills
This role will need you to be in the field visiting stores every day so willingness to constantly travel and having your own 2 wheeler with valid license is must.
