Personal Banker - Sales - Gold Loan (1-6 yrs)

 1. Ensure Breakeven of the Branch is Gold Loan business within specified month (if newly launched GL desk)

2.Calling on High propensity Gold Loan databases / references / Walk-in leads etc.

3.Assist in planning / organizing marketing / promotional activity within the branch to create visibility and boost GL sales

4.GL Closure customers to avoid closing Gold Loan Exposure

5.Ensure that income plans for the month and year are duly met across products

 6. Achieving of portfolio level benchmarks of and IPH

7. Income product to be sold to each group of the portfolio in the year

 8.Ensure that the benchmark sales per month is met

 9. Usage of net banking / Mobile banking, Bill pay, RDFD penetration benchmark to be met

10. CEP to be met as per cycle

 11. Ensure quality new acquisition on SA and CA for Resident/Non-Resident

12. Structured bundled offering of Products and Services to the customer within the defined timeline

13. Penetration of Saving Accounts on non-liability customers

-14. Utilizing the sales resources (BDR/COEX) for optimal sales support

15. Penetration of FD to unique customers

16.Using Data-mine for cross-selling

17. Sales of various Credit Cards

18. Sales of Third Party Products to the customers

 19. Sales of Asset Products

 20.Disseminating product information
