The job opportunity - Performance Marketing Specialist

Important: This is a full-time role based out of our office in Bangalore and we are not offering an option to work remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for our clients aligned with their overall business objectives.

- Paid Advertising Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and social media platforms,

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant analytics tools. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance.

- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in performance marketing, including changes in algorithms, new ad formats, and emerging platforms. Continuously learn and adopt innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.

- ROI Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign ROI and performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, improve efficiency, and maximize revenue generation.
