Performance Marketing Specialist (3-5 yrs)

- As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably from a similar industry, a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Day-to-day management and execution of new customer campaigns through paid media channels.

- Develop and implement campaign optimizations to improve CPLs and drive more qualified leads for the company.

- Discover platforms and tools that can help find new customers, improve performance, and generate ongoing revenue.

- Manage campaigns for paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting.

- Participate in the creative development process for paid social and landing pages, such as writing briefs, and guiding creation.

- Coordinate a consistent feedback loop of creative insights to the broader team.

- Consistently incorporate test learnings into campaigns; track learnings over time to maintain continuous optimization.

- Find new ways to reach customers through sophisticated targeting and creative executions.

- Prepare MIS reports to track and analyze the performance.

Education and Experience :

- 2-4 years of paid media experience, preferably working with B2B brands or in the same industry which rely heavily on paid advertising to drive new customer acquisition.

- Comfortable with managing marketing budgets across multiple channels while optimizing toward blended CAC targets.

- Google Ads Certification is required.

- Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification not required, but strongly encouraged.

- Entrepreneurial & proactive spirit; strong revenue orientation.

- Understands a new approach to branding - not cookie cutter creatives and solutions.

- Strategic, tactical, creative, and motivated, with strong attention to detail.

- Strong data skills including analyzing, visualizing, and extracting insights.

- Strong written and verbal communication - able to articulate what you're seeing in the data, and what our plan is to optimize our performance.
