- Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing our return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Advertising, Display Advertising, and potentially affiliate marketing channels etc.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify campaign opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- A/B test different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Generate clear and concise reports that translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications :
- 2 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a relevant digital marketing field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights platforms).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance marketing.
- Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
