Performance Marketer/Facebook Advertising Role - eCommerce (5-7 yrs)
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1) 5-7 Years of Experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in Facebook Marketing
2) Candidates with a similar E-commerce marketing background is preferred Facebook Adverts algorithm understanding and past exposure (2-3 years minimum) on adequate budgets
3) Facebook analytics, Ad copywriting & creative bent of mind for constantly optimising campaign performance Creativity and ability to come up product innovative ideas.
4) Analytical-minded, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
5) Proactive, result-driven, and presentable
6) Major involvement in Facebook Conversion campaigns for driving sales on our website. The knack for optimizing CTRs, conversion rates, CPA, and ability to scale up revenues from multiple SKUs by targeting it to relevant audience demographics.
7) Should be a strategic planner & executor who understands Facebooks barring policies on breaching Fb community advertising rules, circumvention, and inappropriate .
Education Qualifications :
B.tech ( preferred) / BCA /Professional course in Digital marketing. Degree not a bar for skilled performance marketers
