Performance Marketer (1-5 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing campaigns to generate more leads at a reduced cost, with a primary focus on achieving high-quality leads for improved conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan, execute and monitor Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and conversions

2. Analyze and interpret campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and improve campaign performance

3. Continuously test and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding techniques to maximize campaign results

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to create effective ad creatives and landing pages

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and use this knowledge to inform campaign strategies

Requirements :

1. At least 1 year of experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns

2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

5. Understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead generation best practices

6. Familiarity with ad targeting, bidding, and tracking technologies

7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field will be an added advantage
