Affiliate Manager (2-3 yrs)
This is a full-time hybrid Affiliate Marketing Specialist role located in Gurugram and Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing an affiliate marketing program that generates leads and increases brand awareness for our company.
- We are in search of individuals with a proactive 'go-getter' mindset, capable of bringing in new advertisers and publishers.
- Responsibilities include diligent daily and monthly revenue monitoring, as well as active involvement in new product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, experience with Google Analytics, and knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Must have strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with the mobile value-added services sector is a plus.
