PepsiCo - Customer Development Manager - Modern Trade (3-7 yrs)

Main Purpose :

1. Build Business Plans for C&C Customers (Bharti WMT C&C, Metro C&C, Carrefour C&C, Booker Wholesale, Reliance C&C)

- Joint Business Planning with Customer HQ team

- Build Customer CAP (Customer Account Plan) and Customer AOP for Priority Customers

- Deliver Revenue, Volume, Share & Profitability for the Customers

- Develop, Negotiate, Sell and Execute optimal TOT & CDA with the help of Channel leader and ensure compliance

2. Deliver highest levels of Customer Satisfaction

- Develop appropriate A&M Calendars with the Customer factoring cost effective Promotions, Feature Ads, New Product Introductions, etc. Conduct Promotional Analysis with the Customer.

- Develop Wiring Templates for the Customers & ensure Wiring with Customer HQ Team (Category / Merchandizing & Operations team) to build Winning Relationships

- Manage Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility & Chilling Infra placement at the stores for the designated customers

- Conduct periodic Business Reviews with the Customer HQ Team (Ensuring usage of Scan/ Shipment data compiled by Data Analyst team for driving business)

3. Work with the Unit/SC/Commercial team to :

- Design suitable GTM for the Customers & Developing MBQ by Store to ensure 90%+ Fill Rates while maintaining acceptable Freshness of products

- Unit-store alignment for GTM blueprint

- Design suitable Merchandizing Strategy to ensure Out of Stock on Shelf contained to acceptable limits of - =5% and deliver Visibility on standards

- Payments on time by Customers, Stales/ Product returns in time & within limits

- Setting up execution in New Stores

4. Lead development and tactics / programs for the Customers:

- Support Channel Leader in anchoring Top-To-Top Meets, Innovation & Insight Summits

- Designing parallel GTM with C&C, with minimal channel conflicto Analyze Competition actions to spot Trends / Themes around their Direction-Strategy to formulate suitable counters / alter our Direction-Strategy

- Help mount Category & Customer Research / Projects in sync with Channel leader & Cat Mgr

- Develop Scorecards & OR decks for Regional/HO

5. Build the Capability (Internal /External) of the team

- PepsiCo regional team (BDM,TDM, ADC, CE, Merchandisers, etc.) to handle this Channel ensuring formalized process to transfer Best Practices / Processes

- C&C Field Force/ GTM team
