Marketing and Promotion : Assisting in marketing and promotional efforts to attract exhibitors and visitors to the events. This may involve creating promotional materials, utilizing various marketing channels, and attending industry events or trade shows to generate interest and awareness.

Financial Management : Tracking and managing the financial aspects of exhibition space sales, including invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate sales records. This may involve coordinating with the finance department or using relevant software tools.

On-site Support : Providing on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations, addressing exhibitor needs, and managing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Industry Knowledge : Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position and sell exhibition space. This may involve attending industry conferences, networking events, and conducting research.
