Job Description :

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele & activate new markets. You will be the front of the company & create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Institutions.

Role Responsibilities :

- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

- Allocating areas to sales representatives

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Reporting to senior managers

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Desired Skills and Competencies

- Excellent communication skills.

- At least 3+ years- experience in sales and/or management.

- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.

- Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
