Job Description :

- We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager who is passionate about building business that is scalable and appreciated by customers. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the categories vision and strategy.

- The Channel Manager will be responsible for driving growth on offline distribution channels and will have to manage all aspects of the portfolio beginning with positioning, post sales and customer experience.

- You will work with cross-functional teams including marketing, inventory management, product, site merchandising, operations to grow top and bottom line for your category, increase volumes and margins, while assessing cost optimization opportunities.

Role Responsibilities :

- Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.

- Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships

- Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners

- Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.

- Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff.

- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner

Desired Skills and Competencies : 

- Engineering degree/ MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience

- A deep understanding of and passion for creating and managing channel sales programs.

- Passionate about merchandise, have a strong pulse on the market, have good persuasion and negotiation skills, and outstanding project management abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.

- Strong sales experience a must. Proven sales ability including pricing, relationship building and management

Associated Behaviors : 

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job.

- You will constantly research market trends to develop collections according to trends and costumer needs. You will Supervise the distribution and timing of the collections.
