PeopleCloud - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our IT services and Oracle implementation business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall success and expansion of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
2. Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to formulate effective strategies.
- Generate new business leads through networking events and online platforms.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
5. Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Work closely with legal and project teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
