Pemlix is currently hiring for International UK Outbound process

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate for our International UK Process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities ,and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services in a professional and timely manner.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.

- Utilize effective communication skills to assist customers across various international regions.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about product/service updates and industry trends to better assist customers.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Requirements :

- Fresher and Experienced candidate with Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an International process.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate international time zones.

- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Training will be provided by the company.

- It is a fixed work from office profile.

- Fixed Day Shift
