Position - Campaign Analyst, Pelatro Solution Private Limited
Work location - Bangalore
Role Summary :
Responsible for configuring campaigns, execution and reporting for circle assigned to him/her
Qualifications & Experience :
- 1 to 4 years of Experience (Minimum of 2 years in Marketing UnR)
Responsibilities :
- Discuss and configure all campaigns as per the campaign library approved by the Cluster Manager before submitting it for approval
- For new campaigns ensure that KPIs needs and rewards to be configured are available in mViva and IN systems respectively. Else raise a request for the same
- Generate all necessary reports and share with the Cluster Manager
- Generate/Analyse the data in consultation with Cluster Manager
- Monitor campaign execution daily
- Interact with the IT Operations team on a regular basis to ensure that the system is available and in production status all the time.
- Raise requests to IT operations for changes in KPIs, IN related and downstream related points
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests and other tests as needed before execution of campaigns with IT operations support, for validation
