JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Excellent communication skills - written and spoken. Prior call center experience preferred

a. Primary Language - English

b. Secondary Language (Spoken) - South Indian Languages preferable

2. The persons should be able to understand customer requirements to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions on calls & emails

3. The person should be able to work under the Supervision of the Team Leader and should be able to follow instructions provided by the supervisor

4. He/She needs to possess time management skills and be able to adhere to the set turnaround times

5. The person should maintain, and update customer data as needed and instructed by the Team Leader

6. He/She needs to possess basic knowledge of MS Office with some amount of proficiency in MS Excel

7. The person should be Customer oriented and should have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

8. He/She should be familiar with CRM systems and practices

9. The person should have good communication and presentation skills
