PeakPerformer - Content Writer (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Research industry-related topics & update topics of content library as needed (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Make sure content is grammatically correct and free of errors before submission.
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and summaries of the article.
- Manage and take ownership of content from long-form articles to short-form bite-sized content for content library.
- Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies.
- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
- Proofread, edit and improve content - submitted by external writers or agencies.
- Track metrics & KPIs to give insights on what is working & what can be improved.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years experience as a Content creator.
- Extremely proficient in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional research skill, overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones.
- Must be organized and prompt with communication.
- Ability to meet timelines.
