Peakmind - Social Media Specialist (2-6 yrs)
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our brand presence on multiple online platforms to ensure an improvement in our marketing and sales efforts. You will be reporting into the Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy across platforms
- Define social media metrics for tracking.
- Oversee proper development of social media content
- Ensure success measurement of all social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Enable implementation through social media marketing tools such as Buffer, IFTTT, Hootsuite
- Collaborate with and lead copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO/SEM and user engagement ensuring content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Criteria (Required):
- 2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- This role will be WFH. Our headquarters are in Bangalore.
