Peakmind - Inside Sales Specialist (1-5 yrs)

Job Description : 

We are a growing start-up and the candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for our e-learning and wellness products. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads under the stewardship of the sales manager, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


Responsibilities : 

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

- Communicate and sell our value proposition to prospects

Qualifications : 

- 1-3 years of inside sales experience

- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Preference for individuals who have been in the e-learning B2C market

- This role will be WFH till further notice. Our headquarters are in Bangalore.

- This will be a full time role with fixed and variable pay components.
