1. Encirclement with Existing client
2. Business development with new clients
3. Client Meetings
4. P&L Management
5. Customer Enquery closure
6. Agreement with Foreign agents
7. Rate analysis/comparision with Nominations or with best competative rates & P&L Analysis
8. New membership for WCA, MTO, IATA, NVOCC etc.
9. Setting up TAT for documentation to clients, Billing and from Vendor
10. Monitoring the response level / action level after customer query and to rectify as required.
11. Coordination with customer by periodical meetings or con call meeting
12. On time billing and timely AR
13. Cross selling
14. New Entrants & Competitor analysis
