Business Development Associate

- Paytm Insider is hiring Business Development Associate/Executive(Contractual) for their Amusement Parks vertical who can help us maintain and expand our reach across different cities. The Business Development Associate/Executive will be responsible for developing partnerships, building a pipeline of events and servicing clients end-to-end.

Responsibilities :

- Manage key players and own objectives and responsibilities.

- Identify, test, and expand partnerships

- Plan, coordinate, and implement all client requirements and help clients meet their objectives.

- Manage and service existing clients end-to-end: Documentation, scheduling events, Reporting, etc.

- Assist the lead in Product feedback and enhancements.

Who should apply ?

- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a business development associate or a similar position is necessary.

- Great adaptability to learn different aspects of ticketing and event-related work.

- Outstanding interpersonal relationship qualities and are a people person.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.

- Evaluating specific business categories, marketplace trends and target brands to bring in higher revenue

- Any experience in any of Insider.in target verticals (Events, night-life, outdoor experiences, amusement parks, festivals, live events, workshops ) is a bonus.
