The job responsibilities would include :

- Channel deployment basis norm

- Training deployment & monitoring (channel + people)

- Sales Incentive Plan management

- Channel marcom/ compliance management

- Cash/ float management, adherence with norm.

- Market mapping/ business potential analysis

- Distribution roll-out, channel management

- Customer acquiring plan, sourcing initiatives

- Managing Alliances - national + regional

- People Management
