About Us

We are a Fintech Start up targeting to capture $ 900 BN consumer payment &lending opportunity. We are building platform of the future in which the offline / online merchants would be able to expand their consumer base. We also empower merchants to collect payment digitally and help build their identity through our offerings. Consumers would be able to make their purchase decisions and would get the options to convert their purchases in to easy EMIs

The founders brings over 4 decade of banking & financial services experience with strong market connect to bring required resources (like Customer, Capital, relevant business team etc.). Detailed business model can discussed during the meeting process.

Requirements

- Smart, self-motivated individual with an established track record of 4+ years to drive Tele Sales with large teams.

- Should have skills of outbound B2B sales


- Experience of handling small merchants would be a plus.

- Proficient in Hindi & English. Understanding of any other Indian languages would be a plus

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Effective listening and comprehension ability is a must.

- Strong Stakeholder management skills.

- Problem Solving approach & Business acumen.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of 10-15 People with complete responsibility of achieving team sales targets

- Train, mentor and motivate the team members and ensure the quality of the outbound and inbound calls.

- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.

- Listening sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation.

- Monitor operators product knowledge, ability to handle objections, and call closure.

- Uses a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual.

- Share quality reports for various stakeholders and provide actionable data to as needed.

- Work on Continual process improvement, therefore, set the new process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and internal smooth process.

- Ability to handle high-level data analysis and data interpretation.
