Payso Fintech - Relationship Manager - Corporate (2-4 yrs)

Designation: Relationship Management

Location: Mumbai

Roles and responsibilities:

- Engage Merchants/partners for business development with - Sell To-, - Sell Through-, - Sell With- approach. Repeat businesses and maintain relationships.

- Develop Marketing and promotional support with Merchant to drive customer/merchant acquisition and transaction for Payso

- Be responsible for Profit and Loss for the above mentioned vertical

- Chart clear revenue, sales, delivery, collection and customer satisfaction strategies and targets for Payments Business

- Make revenue projections for the FY and ensure processes and efforts are in place for achieving them

Business Management & Development

- Be accountable for the costs and revenue generated by the Payso business through Banking, wallet, Aggregation Channel and merchant partners

- Make prospecting a part of the regular routine ensuring that new prospects are added to the pipeline on a consistent basis

- Meet and exceed set business targets while adhering to Payso's rules of engagement

- Continuously follow-up on leads generated as well as existing clients

Account Management

- Achieve personal sales targets and grow revenue and profit in line with agreed targets w.r.to billing and collections

- Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish client objectives and ensure processing system performance standards are met and that the client's perspective is represented within the organization

- Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value

Market Intelligence

- Analyze the existing market and bring prospective new markets under the purview of the company

- Remain up-to-date on information on vendor, industry, technology, pricing, demand and vital business metrics

- Stay abreast of industry trends in PoS, PG, Mobile Solutions, and technology

- Be responsible for contributing quality information on win loss analysis of large orders & account information

Skills and qualifications;

- engineer and MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges

- 2+ years overall experience with recent 1+ years of experience in managing Payment consultative customer acquisition team or from Acquiring banks

- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative and an expert in identification of business risks and their timely mitigation

- Should have demonstrated setting up of processes and evolving them based on actual performance.

- Should have demonstrated usage of sales tools and data for carrying out fine and coarse changes to plans.

- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success

- Strong business planning, profit and loss planning and organizational skills

- Ability to lead the team by example and inspire the team to do better

- Sales stints in financial services industry would be an added advantage

- Have excellent communication, time management, listening, presentation and writing skills

- Should be open to rolling up his sleeves and going out for field visits with the team and do cold calls to grab more opportunities

Personality:

The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves the challenge of an entrepreneurial environment and is able to deal with complexity and rapid change. Needless to mention, the person would be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity. He/She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments. Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with very senior external stakeholders. Experience in managing successful scaling up of a business would be useful.
