Manager Sales (Outbound) Role Description: -
- Own the entire conversion funnel - prospect, conversion, submission to disbursal
- Drive own personal development
- Hiring, Training, motivating and leading the team for achieving the set target
- Setting up target for the team members
- Monitoring their sales calls and pipelines
- Tact to deal with difficult people and situations
- Analytical and problem solving approach for target setting, feedback on Leaders and Incentives
- Create reliable forecast and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
- Generating sales through execution of aggressive and innovative selling efforts
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same
- Delivery of team, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators
- Monitoring calls, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call
- Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
