Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Assist the customers in getting the documents uploaded in the app of from their end.

-  Answer calls professionally to provide information about the pending loan application,

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, and comments, as well as actions taken.

- Process Loan applications.

-  Follow up to ensure that appropriate steps were followed to complete the application.

- Refer unresolved customer queries or special requests for further investigation.

Desired Candidate :

- Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of Sales / Customer Service experience.

- Strong convincing skills, Good communication skills.
