Qualifications :

- Working knowledge of tools such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads etc.

- Proven experience in campaign creation and optimization.

- Working knowledge of writing ad copy & extensions.

- Working knowledge of landing page creation and optimization via A/B test.

- Working knowledge of competitor analysis and Sales Funnel creation.

- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio)

- Working knowledge of Tracking activities and tools (Google tag manager, Event tracking)

- Strong analytical skills

- Creative writing skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation

- The ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies

- Willingness to learn, adapt and keep up to date with emerging technologies, SEM industry trends, techniques, and tools.

- Relevant certification a plus - Google Ads/Bing Ads/Analytics Certifications.

- 3+ years of Pay-Per-Click marketing experience.

- Work experience on Product/Software marketing campaigns a plus.

- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising a plus.

Responsibilities Include :

- Strategize, create, monitor, and optimize high volume of campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads.

- Oversee growth in performance. Manage campaigns to meet ROI goals and respond in a rapid manner to optimization suggestions.

- Continuous analysis of performance and reporting on digital campaigns.

- Efficient management of budgets across all engines and campaigns.

- Optimize and plan landing page creation and testing.

- Craft eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as the continuous implementation of text ads - A/B testing.

- Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, calculate Cost Per Leads, project spend, adjust to demand and seasonality.

- Work with the internal marketing team and key stakeholders to improve overall campaign performance.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with department implementation teams, such as design, content and social to implement recommended changes.
