PatentsKart - Associate - Business Communication (0-1 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of business communication associate or international calling (outbound calling) profile for US shift.
- This is a night shift (7.30 PM - 4.30 AM, Monday - Friday), so male candidates are preferred.Good communication skills in English are mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Reach-out to prospective clients in the US and inform them about the Patent Support Services offered by the company. Our clients include patent attorneys and corporate leaders (patent/IP portfolio managers).
- Generate business leads by contacting clients using various mediums - telephone, email and LinkedIn etc.
- Regular follow-ups via emails/calling to generate good business leads. Monthly performance based incentives are released based on no. of leads generated.
- Explicit training about the company services will be provided, along with a detailed pitch and relevant material for better communication with the prospective client.
