Pasura Crop Care Private Limited wants to hire an E-Commerce Manager - someone who is adapt at elevating online sales and ROI - for both B2B and B2C.
As an E-commerce Manager at Pasura Crop Care, you get an opportunity to oversee every activity on our e-commerce platform.
You get to create and implement strategies that will enhance our revenues from the web.
Your Principal Responsibilities Are:
- Optimize our website to enhance our digital presence and perk up our brand value
- Drive sales and enhance profitability
- Analyze our UX / web design and enhance client experience and aspirations
- Identify exact ways to efficiently list products - through proper product descriptions / images
- SEO / SEM
- Enhance conversion rates
- Create and implement marketing and social media campaigns
- Analyze client needs and the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Create and implement customer retention programs
- Participate in our drive to further the usage of our products
- Collaborate with a diverse team - within the e-commerce department and with the offline marketing teams
- Report regularly to Management on the progress of implementation
- Update e-commerce strategies based on advances occurring in the e-commerce industry
- Analyze how the industry is working and suggest enhancements to our e-commerce strategies
Your qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in running an ecommerce store front
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and posses troubleshooting skills
- Aptitude to run a design and digital marketing team
- Demonstrated skill in handling UX / designing, digital marketing and other allied tasks
Compensation: Rs 35000 per month PLUS incentives.
