Pashma - Retail Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Overall responsibility for the profitability, achievement of sales targets and operational efficiency of 3 luxury stores at most prestigious locations in New Delhi with aggregate turnover of Rs. 10 crores.

- Developing and implementing effective products and merchandising strategies in consultation with the head office team to realize sales targets.

- Analyze sales, feedback, and historical data on weekly/monthly/seasonal basis to help better assort for future seasons.

- Oversees stock to sales processes and upholds presentation standards while effectively utilizing and maintaining department fixtures, structure and floor plan.

- Ensure merchandising standards and operations are met in the stores

- Develop and maintain customer information to build the database and encourage customer loyalty

- Respond effectively to customer questions and resolve issues on the floor

- Direct and execute store visual standards; maintain a high standard of visual presentation through regular training to maximize sales and reflect the visual aesthetics of the brand.

- Utilize visual merchandising to react to best sellers and individual business needs, to drive sales tactically and strategically.

- Communicate weekly sales results including footfall, conversion, ATV and revenue against forecast to Brand Manager.

- Staff inductions and maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Relevant experience of managing front end operations for multiple stores of premium / luxury brands of more than 7 years.

- Experience setting and implementing store and individual KPI targets

- Proven experience managing and motivating a team and driving their performance to exemplify company values and service expectations

- Flexible to accommodate retail schedules such as weekends, evenings and peak trade periods.

- Have a friendly and engaging demeanor

- Comfortable working with members of the public

- Be confident and able to prioritise tasks efficiently

- Must be helpful and polite

- You should have a comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion

- Ability to work as part of a sales team

- Knowledge of inventory techniques

- High standards of presentation

Salary : Negotiable.
