Job Description:

- Conceptualise and execute the marketing and press strategy that enhances the Brand vision, creative integrity, style and tone.

- Increase brand awareness and perception via product integration across film, television, music, etc.

- Ensuring celebrity and press attendance in order to generate editorial coverage for the brand.

- Manage all public relations and high-profile events and activities from conception, to project planning, budgeting and analysing ROI.

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all social channels.

- Establish solid and lasting relationships with key editors, stylists, journalists on both luxury, online contemporary publications and wide circulating media.

- Proactively secure features on company initiatives and brand campaigns in line with seasonal strategies.

- Manage press and digital media for all events in line with the brand strategy.

- Develop assets including press releases, media alerts, brand copy and collateral to ensure brand integrity is maintained.

- Manage, maintain and grow the database of key opinion makers, press and trend setters.

- Coordinate social media activities with E-commerce team in line with press strategies.

- Work with social media influencers in creating unique social content to deliver in all international markets.

- Work alongside Retail Marketing to secure a cross function with Press, Retail and VM in order to maximise impact of brand activities.

- Keep the press calendar up to date in areas of responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5-7 years- experience with a fashion, lifestyle luxury brand or PR/Creative agency or online/offline publication entity.

- Having a demonstrated achievement in launching/scaling-up/re-inventing/re-positioning of a premium/ luxury fashion apparel/ lifestyle brand in India and or overseas.

- Hands on familiarity with digital tools to deliver exceptional quality of communication packages on both the hard and digital media.

- Articulate with excellent communication style - dynamic, confident with an enthusiastic approach.

- Interest in art and a passion for creative writing that can evoke positive perceptions.

- Highly self-motivated, able to work on own initiative.
