- Experience in handling Banquet Sales, Venue Manager, Events
- Handling Business Growth for the company in the field of Events
- Should be able to Manage and Mine Key Accounts
- Should be able to Interact with clients and build relationships with them
- Should be able to Manage the Flow of Event
- Should be familiar with handling Corporate Events
- Should be able to Coordinate with Design, Production and Operations Team
- Should be able to Oversee Step by Step Execution of the Event
- Should be able to Mastermind creative ways to deliver an Innovative Solutions to Clients
- Deliver and prepare sales pitches
- Should be able to make presentations
- Should be able to present to the clients
- Should Have excellent time management and organisational skills - basically a disciplined person.
- Be enthusiastic self-motivated, which means does not need a push all the time.
- Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels, from clients to vendors to team members.
- Communication and presentation skills are a necessary trait,
- Have a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition
- Have knowledge of sales, BD, marketing operations
- Should be someone with excellent administrative skills
