About the company we are hiring for :

- We are building India's largest ecosystem for electric vehicles with a mission to decarbonize and transition India's commercial fleets to electric. The company owns and manages one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles in the country and plans to deploy over 1 million EVs on the road in the next 5 years. We are based out of Research & Innovation Park in IIT Delhi and founded by serial sustainability founders.

- We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with fleet operators, OEMs, logistic and e-commerce companies, and institutional partners.

We are currently scouting for Partnerships Manager (EV Leasing Business)

- The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, partnerships, and sales, with experience in the leasing industry. The Partnerships Manager will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives

Responsibilities :

- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with fleet operators, OEMs, logistic and e-commerce companies, and institutional partners to drive growth and enhance our market position

- Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop proposals that align with our business objectives

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable and meet our financial and strategic goals

- Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring that all commitments are met, and relationships are maintained

- Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

- Work with our Operations team to ensure that partnerships are integrated into our business processes and workflows

- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments and provide insights to our leadership team

- Utilize previous experience working with leasing companies to establish successful partnerships and collaborations

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

- Experience in business development, partnerships, in a leasing business

- Previous experience working with leasing companies and establishing successful partnerships

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
