The Employer :

Our client is an EdTech startup that provides users with a unique and enhanced learning experience. Founded in 2017, they are on an incredible growth trajectory, with almost 10 million users in the Asia Pacific region and as a result of their growth, they are actively hiring for their team based in Gurgaon.

The Job :

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial development, corporate relations, strategic partnerships and business growth.

You will be responsible for :

- Ideating strategic partnerships that result in exponential growth in user acquisition.

- Sourcing strategic partners across geographies and develop strategic partnerships which contribute to the user acquisition targets.

- Managing the entire corporate sales cycle and close large global deals with corporations.

- Manage the commercial relationships with corporations, including the upselling and renewals of subscriptions.

- Developing long-term strategic relations that would benefit the Firm's strategic goals of international expansion.

- Work closely with the Founder and senior stakeholders on achieving business growth targets.

The Profile :

- You have at least 3 years experience within sales, strategic partnerships, business development and/or commercial strategy, preferably in the media industry.

- You are a result-driven individual with an instinct for measuring ROI at each stage and making informed decisions, backed by relevant data.

- You possess excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships.

- You are good at building relationships and have the ability to forge strong connections at all levels within an organization.

- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
