Key Responsibilities :

- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement in partnership activities.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the HRMS/FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements.
