- Handling Enterprise Accounts of the company - Active base management, churn reduction & enhancement of revenue & customer satisfaction
- Business analyst - Revenue Projection
- Predict Churn & Plan for Revenue Gap - upselling to fill revenue gap
- Attending client calls on weekly basis for disputed accounts
- Preparing day to day, weekly and monthly metrics for clients& internal management team
- Co-ordination with sales, IT, Products and Customer Care on retention issues
- Analyzing Customer complaints, repeat complaints and plugging the process between Complaints and Retention
