Partner Manager - Sales - IT (10-12 yrs)

Spoors an Enterprise SaaS startup is looking for a Partner Manager to manage existing partners and onboard Enterprise Partners to sell its Product EFFORT

- ( An extremely innovative no-code platform to build workforce management Apps and Workflow Apps ), EFFORT is used by more than 150 customers across 10 Verticals and Geographies. The Role will be an excellent career path for someone who wishes to be part of a start-up growth story to gain serious traction with its product, see the company grow and scale from 70 to 250 employees in the next two years.

- We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our Sales and Business Development team as a Partner Manager (PM), to develop and accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem and to manage and grow our Partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Devise and execute partner coverage strategy for the segment

- Drive and execute the go-to-market strategies and Partner Development programs

- Generate partner pipeline through focused demand generation plan

- Support revenue generation through appropriate partner alignment and liaison

- Be the Alliances and Channels PoC for the internal stakeholders

- Influence customer success by assisting with the high visibility projects

- Identify enablement journeys to ensure the growth of Spoors

- Provide proactive support to ensure success of the partner projects

- Build strong and deep relationships with the key stakeholders

Qualifications :

- 4+ years experience in Alliances/Channel Sales role

- 10 years of sales and/or business development in the enterprise software industry

- Strong track record of exceeding partner revenue targets

- Outstanding knowledge of partner development approaches to seed and grow software partner businesses

- Experience working with multiple Sales teams driving and building the partner ecosystem

- Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives

- History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships

- Working knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets

- Experience creating and building differentiated relationships with SI partners

- Strong knowledge and network/references from partners and contacts in the region.

- Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining relationships with clients, partners, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience : 

- Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills

- Highly motivated and independent contributor

- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business

- Business or Engineering Bachelor's degree

- Willing and able to travel in India and abroad, as required
